Can you believe how windy it wAs today? We checked weather.com and the wind was blowing at 16mph! Keithan did a great job making the number 16.





We continued with -ag words.



We reviewed our sight words with a quick fluency check.








Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. These are some fun songs we're learning.







We read a book about Pilgrim children, then compared and contrasted them to kids in today's time.



During small group writing, we worked on what we are thankful for. These turned out sooooo sweet!!






I loved Ethan's response. He said...I am thankful for the Razorbacks because they try hard and they want to win again. :)



During writer's workshop, we made a tree map about Thanksgiving. I eat.....I see.....I am......









We did 2 activities during math. We found the missing number on the turkey and colored it according to the directions.




We also did a word problem. The prompt was....A family of 12 is eating Thanksgiving dinner together. There are 9 plates on the table. Everyone is hungry and wants to eat. How many more plates are needed?


Johnathan and Clayton did a great job solving the problem!!
