We highlighted the letter A, circled the rhyming words, and pointed to each word for fluency.
They are loving this!!
I opened the Work on Writing Center today. This is one of my favorites!! We revert back to this anchor chart during whole and small group writing. I love seeing kids get it from their skills binder as a reference during independent writing!!

Annalise did a fantastic job! She wrote her sight words using a pencil, marker, crayon and highlighter.
Jonathan and others did great working in centers. They're getting the hang of it!
After we read "We like to Play" we wrote a story in our journals using the word like. They did very well!! I liked how they started on the left side, used a capital letter, finger spaces and used the abc chart.

These 2 worked so hard during counting collections. Yay!!! I added more items to increase their one to one counting.
Addison did fantastic counting and transferring it to her math journal!
