Emily was the Queen today! She did a fantastic job finding capital and lowercase Aa's.
We loved seeing a project she made last year in Mrs. Strom's class. Cuteness!
She LOVES dance!! Me too!!
We learned 8 new vocabulary words. We will use these words throughout the week. I'm all about increasing their vocabulary!!!
We learned a new Sight Word this week: like.
One of the triplets framed the word "like" during shared reading.
We added the word like to our Wonderful Words Wall.
This is one of my favorite CD's!! She makes learning sight words so fun! Have your child sing you the like song.

I introduced the stamp center today. This group stamped the alphabet and sight words.
Ethan did great stamping and writing sight words.
We talked about matching the numeral to the number word.
We continued with counting collections.
During Grammar, we discussed NOUNS.
Johnathan circled each noun that represented a place. Good job!
We had our 1st staff meeting after school. The PTA treated us with a delicious snack. Thanks so much!
