Familiar reading went so well this morning. They put their stuff up and immediately got busy reading while I did lunch count and attendance.
We added another part to chit chat. Yvaishavi did great finding the letter Cc.
After reading Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, we talked about the title, author, illustrator, setting, characters and plot. Griffin did a fantastic job telling us each one.
Christianne was our queen today!!
She LOVED cheering the letters in her name.

We shared "all about me" scrapbook pages! I absolutely LOVED them!!!! I feel like we all know each other sooo much better. The kids did a fantastic job presenting them.
Since we've been rainbow writing letters, I thought it would be fun to rainbow write our names. These turned out SO cute!!
To top it off, it was treasure box day!!!!!! If they stayed on Marvelous Monkey or Right on Rhino, they got 1 thing.
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!! I'm worn out! :) It was a wonderful week.
I want to give a birthday shout out to my sister-in-law!! I missed wishing her a happy birthday this morning, but my husband and son made up for it.
