How cute is this picture?? Fall is my absolute favorite time of year and October is my favorite month. I love every single thing about it, especially pumpkins! My son was born in October (10-10-10) and we're celebrating our 6th anniversary on the 23rd. Next Friday, I would like to have a pumpkin snack. I'm thinking pumpkin pie and muffins. If you would like to send one of these, please email me.

Have you heard your child sing the 3D Shapes song yet? I think it's their new favorite! Kylie did great sorting 3D Shapes!

Owen placed his special 3D Shape from home in our shape museum.

Remily and Ridge did great sorting 3D Shapes during a partner game.

Kylie and Amogh worked great as a team!!

We read a FABULOUS book called the Tattle Tongue Book!!! This is a great book to talk to children about the difference from tattling and warning. I encourage you to use the following rules at your house about Tattling.....this age tattling is huge and this book helps kids learn when it is appropriate.

Here are the rules:
#1 states that if someone is in danger then you need to warn an adult.
#2 try to work out small problems your self before you tell an adult.
#3 is the problem a NOW problem or a NOT NOW problem.
#4 MYOB....if the problem doesn't involve you then it is best to mind your own business.

We had a great day and worked really hard. I'm so proud of my class and their hard work!

I sent a reminder email about the pumpkin patch on Friday. Don't forget to:
1. Bring a quilt for a picnic lunch if you're chaperoning.
2. Send your child's lunch in a labeled paper sack.
3. Wear a Roberts T-Shirt
4. Comfy Shoes and Jeans/Pants

We're going to have a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!
