Belle brought me an adorable Happy in an apple!! Soo cute!!
We learned a new song about short vowel a.
We played a partner game building words that have the short vowel a in the middle.
These cuties matched rhyming words and sorted words by syllables.
In the math center, these 2 rolled the dice and covered the number.
They also went on a hunt to find and count the apple seeds.

During small groups, we worked on sounds. We pulled down counters as we said each sound. Then we wrote the word in the sound boxes.

Emma's Mom was the mystery reader today. She read one of my FAV books to the class. We enjoyed her so much. Thank you for coming!
