These smart charts are so fun and engaging. We sorted M and S pictures into the vortexes.
We made mini "m" books for our familiar reading baskets.
We placed them in our baskets to read every morning.
We had a fabulous afternoon with Mrs. Tucker!! She's the Instructional Technology Specialist at Roberts. She's so fabulous and soooo smart when it comes to technology. She brought the iPad cart from the library for a lesson.
Every child in my class received an iPad for an entire hour. These ipads belong to Roberts and we can check them out for our class. How cool is that?? Look how engaged they were! Love it!
We used an app called Number Pieces. LOvE it!!! Download it ASAP!
Thank you Mrs. Tucker for an awesome lesson and helping us integrate technology into reading and math. The kids had a blast!

Andrew surprised me with another gift card to Wal-Mart!!! We're up to 95.00 now!! I'm saving for an iPad mini for the classroom!! It was so nice checking the iPads out from the library, but how nice would it be to have one permanently in the classroom? :)) We're almost half way there!!!
Olivia surprised me with more Scentos!! These are new scents and I love them! Thank you!
I think my class loves them as much as I do!!
