Learning About our Earth!

We read some really cute Earth Day books this morning. I was shocked at how much they knew about our planet! :)








This cute video talked about earth day projects and ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle!








During writing, we "fixed up" sentences about our earth.





They did a great job writing it correctly on the response sheet!










During centers, Aiden unscrambled the words and wrote the sentence on the response sheet. Great job! My kids love making words and sentences! Yay!




Kylie did a fantastic job in the work on writing center. She had to find words that END with a certain letter around the room. The letters on the right say EARTH DAY.





During phonics, they had to make as many words as they could out of MOTHER EARTH.




Wow!!!! They came up with a ton!! Awesome job!!!












I was SO proud of Fatima! We talked about the recycle symbol this morning and she spotted it on the marker box.





We had extra time today so we made an Earth Day promise. These were too cute!!!







We've got some serious conservationist in our classroom!!!



We worked SO hard today!!!
