Valentine the Cow

Introducing Valentine, the cow. She lives on the farm. She's very special because she was born on Valentine's day, 2009, and my dad bottle fed her for months!! She's now a healthy cow and kind of spoiled by my dad. :) I told the story to my kids and they loved it! They couldn't believe she took a bottle!!































This was Valentine's Bestie, Brownie. :) I really want to write a children's book about Vallentine.




We worked on the short and long vowel sounds this morning.




Get this girl a tool belt! Thanks Mia for fixing my chair!




We finished up the Valentine's Day cards. Adorbs!

I was coughing today and Mattie said, Mrs. Hardin, you need some coughing cream!! Love it! We added it to our cream collection. :)
Ananya and Owen were super star writers today! We read a book about Ruby Bridges and wrote about what we learned.












We continued subtraction. We worked on using a number line to solve problems. They did great!








Way to go Fatima! She was on FIRE during math!!!!




I sent home a "special" piece of paper and sticky blue stuff for your child to do something special for you. :)
