We did a math/art/literacy project today. They turned out soooo cute and I love how unique they are. We focused on shape attributes and following directions.

These 2 boys did a great job using the writer's checklist!! I'm amazed every day at their progress! Look at all those sounds they transferred!! I'm one proud teacher!!

We had a delicious pumpkin treat today! We enjoyed pumpkin cookies with icing in the middle, sugar pumpkin cookies, and pumpkin pie!!! Thank you parents for providing these yummy items. The kids had a ball!

I started AR in the classroom. Kylie took an AR test today and passed! Yay! I'm testing a few kids a day. If your child brings home their library book, please read it with them 3 times and ask questions like..who were the characters? What was your favorite part? Tell me what happened at the beginning, middle, and end.
