Lots and Lots of Info!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather has been so nice and we enjoyed the state fair yesterday afternoon. Harrison is still a little unsure of the kiddie rides, but loved feeding and petting the animals! We have a busy week, filled with fun activities.

It’s Red Ribbon Week! The district wide theme this year is “The best in me is Drug Free”. All students will receive a red ribbon on Tuesday, October 23. We are encouraging the students to wear their Red Ribbon every day that week. You can also show spirit by:

Tuesday: “My future is bright without drugs!” Everyone is encouraged to wear sunglasses.
Wednesday: “We give drugs the boot!” Everyone is encouraged to wear boots and/or western wear.
Thursday: “I’m a “Jean”-ius, I’m drug free!” Everyone is encouraged to wear jeans.
Friday: “Wear Red Day!” Everyone is encouraged to wear red to symbolize the fight against drug abuse.

The Fall Carnival is Thursday, October 25th, from 5:30-7:30. Pizza and drinks will be available for cash purchase.

Kindergarten will be on Channel 4’s Morning Show all this week at 6:14 and 6:44 am. Don’t forget to set your DVR!
