Students who are chosen should meet the following criteria:

 Respectful to adults
 Completed all assignments to the best of ability
 On time to class
 Positive attitude towards classmates
 Positive attitude towards teachers and paraprofessionals
 Positive attitude towards learning
 Cooperates in a group
 Comes prepared to class (homework, supplies)
 Participates in class discussions
 Good manners in the classroom, hallways, dining room, and playground.
 GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR

Guidelines:

 The criteria should be based on students’ behavior throughout the building, not just in the classroom.
 I can select as many students in my classroom that meet the criteria listed above.
 Students will be recognized monthly by having their class group picture on the bulletin board.
