Happy Fall Ya'll! I hope everyone is enjoy thing their weekend. Ours has been very relaxing and Harrison got his first pair of cowboy boots today. It was so nice to get out and about. I'm starting to get caught up on things from last week and need your help to make it a great one! :)
On Friday, Kindergarten will have a freedom parade at 8:00. Please send paper towel tubes wrapped in aluminum foil (shiny side out) by Thursday, September 27th. We will use these for flags.
Also on Friday at 9:30, Meteorologist Greg Dee, from CH 4, will do a weather presentation for Kindergarten in the flex space. Please have your child wear their Roberts spirit shirt on Friday. Thanks!! He will record 5, "What's the weather like today?" videos after the presentation. They will be short and run for a week during the morning show. They'll use 1 clip a day and show it at 6:14 am and 6:44 am. How neat is that??? If you don't want your child on tv, please let me know. Everyone has signed a media release.
One more thing...we will be going to the pumpkin patch, Friday October 5. Please send me an email if you can attend. I will send home permission slips on Monday and please return it along with the money by Wednesday. Thanks!!
