Dear Parents,
This week we will be learning all about APPLES! I have wonderful activities planned, but we could use your help! On Monday, please have your child send 1 whole red, yellow OR green apple to school. We could always use extras. We will use our apples all week!I It's sure to be a week full of apple FUN!!
Tomorrow, you will receive a sign-up sheet for APPLE DAY on Friday. We are going to celebrate by eating apple snacks and making apple sauce in the crockpot. Please check-off any items you would like to donate. I will let you know what we need after our responses have been collected. Items include: apple juice boxes, apple pie, apple cider, dried apples, plastic forks and spoons, apple muffins or bread, apple newtons or cookies, apple butter, foam bowls. WOW! That's a lot, but the kids will get a small portion of each.
